w/u to track w/ Robert and Gary, then Steve and I did 3 x 2 miles w/ 800 m recovery. His MP -10 seconds. Should be 7:20. Close enough, tough to hold back. Rear/hammy felt decent until the last half mile or so. Very tight now. Splits, 7:19,7:12,7:18,7:20,7:19,7:12. oNWARD.
