With Phil, he mapped out a 15 mile loop, About the same one we'd done a few weeks ago. Big hills out of the way early, rain the entire time, lots of wind, but warm 60 degrees. Plan was 14-18 miles w/ 6-8 miles at MP. Bad math on my part only 6 miles of MP, but even the 7:11's were to easy. Succeed before and at mile 8, plus caffiene Clif shot. Nice of Phil to do the entire workout w/ me. Kept me honest. Lots of energy, love these fast finish long runs.
