Wich bro's. Cool, low 30's, flurries and some wind. Actually felt pretty good. Workout was 2 x 5 miles at MP with a quarter mile recovery. Steve's MP is 7:38, Gary 7:20. I tried staying between the 2 after starting out 20 seconds before they did. I only lasted till mile 4 and I was done. Calves were tight and I was just out of gas. Fail. should have been a relatively easy workout, guess not enough recovery from Tuesdays workout?
