Gary and Steve to the hill, they did short repeats, I only did 3 x the long side. left glute tender. couldn't even keep up with the guys coming home. geez. Phil only warmed up a mile or so with us, before he headed out for his workout. cooler 56 degrees with a pretty stout wind. bring on winter.
