Wich bro's and Phil. Steady rain and mid 50's. Workout was 8 miles at MP. Gary, 7:20, let him go. Steve 7:38, stayed with him until mile 7, when I was done. 7:41,7:31,7:30,7:32,7:36,7:33,7:38. Felt comfortable until mile 7 and then didn't push it. (probably should have, but I'd only done 4 miles of MP the previous week) All good.
