w/ Steve from Pittard. 2 mile w/u then he was doing 10 miles of MP at 7:26. I followed for 5 miles and headed home. Should be taper time, didn't need 12 miles for the day. Low 30's and some wind, no big deal until the last 3 miles heading home when I slowed down from MP. Got cold then.
