And then there were 2, just me and Phil. Cold, low 30's, light northerly breeze. Last workout of the cycle. Almost identical to Phil's. 4 x 1,000 m w/ 200 recovery and 3 x 200 m w/ 200 recovery. Felt great. Ready to rumble.
Met Gary @ Pittard @ 5:15 for 5 easy miles. Thought we might see you guys at the end. The way you're running the toughest thing will be not going out at sub-7:00 pace!!!.....unless you are taking a swing at sub 3 again (Yikes!) Either way, sure seems like you are peaked right on time.

Plan to start with you. 7:20 first mile, guessing it'll be closer to my 7:15 though:)
