Gary and me doing his MP workout for 9 miles. Eased into it, which really slowed down the average. 7:17 overall.
7:26,7:27,7:14,7:09,7:16,7:11,7:14,7:20,7:13. Not bad considering it was a warm mid 60's with a little bit of a southerly wind. 2 Succeeds before and some water. Feeling pretty good. Ham/glute almost zero noticable discomfort during or even now 3 hours later. Roller coaster hill route.
