Notes
Just me and Steve. Early start for his workout. 6 miles at 7:30 pace. 78 degrees, humid and windy. Storms blowing in, least we didn't get any of that. Opposite direction of last week. Steve was done at 4 miles. Walked a minute or two to get his HR back down and tried for the last couple. He made it one more and called it. I felt pretty good. Did take my 2 suceeds before with some water. Ready for the heat to break.
