w/u w/ Phil and then run in circles waiting for him to finish his 16 minutes of tempo. did his hill sprint workout and strides workout and then added a little over a mile at the end to get me an even 8 miles. Should have chased after him for a mile or so worth of his tempo. Tomorrow is supposed to be cold and windy, shit weather for a steady state.
