Start w/ the Wich bro's. Gary just did the first set of 2 miles. Plan was 3 x 2 miles at 7:20. 7:15 was were I settled. Missed the start of the 3rd set, so no recovery, well maybe 30 seconds. Felt great. Cool mid 50's.
