Everyone doing a different workout. Phil pulling everyone with some kind of half mary workout. Kept him in sight and got passed by him. Wich bro's doing marathon pace, ala Hudson tempo. I wanted 5 or 6 miles of steady state. Got 6 miles worth with the first 2 around 7:05 and the rest right at 7:00. Cooler mid 50's definately helped. Encouraging sign, time to pull out the McMillan plan and sketch something out for Rocket City.
