Me and Phil. Not as cool as yesterday, maybe 50. 4 x 1,000 meters w/ 200 m recovery. 4 x 45 second hill sprints, full recovery, 2 x 90 seconds at 5k w/ 60 second recovery. Felt good. Maybe 6:40 or better on the track, 4:13, 4:07, 4:11, and 4:10. Close enough to Phil to do his recovery and then go again on the other work. Nice to have a 4 mile w/u and a real bathroom.
