w/ Steve. upper 50's to start and warming quickly. Steve mapped a route for maximum hills. felt good took a long time for the legs to loosen up. through out a quick quarter, because I thought I'd run a fast mile, but decided against it before I turned it off at a quarter mile. I don't do heat. pretty cool that I picked up Steve's heart rate signals.
