B team, me and Steve. 9 miles of MP. Goal 7:20, Steve averaged 7:18. We stayed together for the most part, but my crappy watch doesn't give very accurate real time splits, so I lead after a mile or 2, just 'cause I feel more comfortable running my pace. Very encouraging workout. We were within 20 feet the entire way, basically a road width apart.
