Phil and Gary. 1.5 mile w/u. supposed to be 10 x 2 minutes I, 1:00 recovery, 1 minute I, 30 seconds recovery, 30 seconds I, 30 seconds recovery, repeat. I only managed 6. May have gone a little to hard on the first few and not slow enough on the recovery, pretty well toast by the 5th rep.
