Still cold. 21 degrees but no wind. Warmup with Phil and Gary, then Steve and I went to the track. Planned on 14 x 400 meters w/ 200 meter recovery. I was ready to call it at 10, Steve did one more. 11 reps little quicker than last week. I'll take it. Steve still has the speed, getting closer.

Thanks for the splits. Super consistent on these. Would like to have finished the workout but maybe next time.
