Start w/ Phil,Steve and Gary. slow start, did my own workout 3 x 10 minutes at MP, plus 15 seconds for the heat and humidity. also full recovery after each for 10 minutes. really starting to wonder if the cooler temps are going to help me enough to seriously consider another sub 3 attempt.
