w/ Phil and Steve. warm and humid, luckily we were in the shade for the most part. chased after Phil for 6 miles. he was dropping the pace 15 seconds every 15 minutes. call it a progression run. finished up with Steve. felt good, probably could have finished up at that pace, but felt good to ease back and take it easy coming home.
