Notes: The Emeryville and Berkeley sections of the Marina has plenty of miles of running. Mapped below is a 16 mile run we did here which travels north from the Emeryville Marina up to Casar Chavez State Park. You can also cross the freeway and run around Berkeley Aquatic Park.
The downside of this area is that much of the running is along the I-80 freeway on one side.
