Nice swim in the lake where the triathlon will be in a month. (In fact watched race #1 beforehand). Swam 2 laps or about 600 yds. That's all because of the woodminster race tomorrow. Felt good most of the way, could have kept swimming for a while at least. Weird kelp stuff growing up from the bottom that had Patty freaked out.
