Back to enjoying this. Warmup followed by... Part I: 15 min at 85%, last 3 a gear harder. Approx 190, then 210. Part II: 3 x 3min on 2 min rest, climbing cadence (75-80). Near 100% watts. Ouch. Part III: 4x30sec on 30sec rest. 330-350 watts.
