Notes
Started at the 4 Mile mark. Ran to 6.5 and back.
Took 30 sec walk breaks every 1 mile
The good:
Foot felt good, but I'm still being super careful with it.
IT band much better today -- have to keep up the stretching.
The bad:
I feel sluggish and my HR was up in the 170s on the way back up the hill.
Worried about the altitude next Saturday with that, but really, if my foot hold up I'll be happy.
