Ran it pretty fast for a training run... interesting thing is my HR never really went over 175 the whole time.. even when I was pushing hard. Even when I started to breath... Ran counter-clockwise. First mile into bad headwind. Stopped at the warming hut for a little stretch. Good run overall.
