Notes

The good: back on da foot. No problem there although it is still not perfect. But the running didn't make it worse. I was also careful to have it land flat each step on the suspicion that running on a slope made it worse the last time I ran 3 miles. HR was back still a little high, but better than sunday.

The bad: overall tightness and IT band soreness (outside of left knee). I guess from not running for 2 weeks. So now working on stretching for the next week.
