This set didn't go so well as last week. Kind of fell apart in the 2min intervals.
2x3min; 3x2min; 4x1min on 30s RI (2 min betw/ sets)
2x90s strength @ 75rpm, around 280 watts
4x20sec on 1min RI @ 75rpm. Around 330 watts.
Too tired for anything more.
