Notes

Mostly BB flutter kick and SS drill. Did some Fish near the end that went much better than yesterday, with extended hand. Blowing continuously out nose, saving a little extra for surfacing worked much better. Position in water with extended hand much better too, but still tend to surface back to back BB position rather than SS.
