4x100yd; 4x50yd; 4x25yd; 4x50yd bilateral.
Hard to get unbroken laps in today as only two lanes were open to lap swimming, the rest of the pool was a swarming mass of kids! I think I basically got the workout in, then did 3 or 4 laps of bilateral breathing in at the end. That was pretty rough today, but it's not going as bad as I would have expected. Just tired by then.
