15 Min w/u; 1x5min (180), 2x4min (190), 3x3min (205), 4x2min (220), 3x1min (230) on 1:00 rest and 3x30sec (350-420) on :30 rest. Body feeling cold, but legs felt ok for the most part. Good workout overall.
