Notes
Very humid, 82%, Not a lot of sleep the night before, and also went out Friday night. Still, run went very well. White tank top, but forgot to tape the nips, which I noticed at about mile 11.
Completed first bottle at mile 6, second bottle (gatorade mix) at 12. Gu onboarded at mile 5 and 9. Started to fade at about 10.5 miles despite good hydration and fuel. Happy with that at this point in the training.
Notes: There was a tree down half way through the course, so every two miles there was a pause to climb through it. Also, picked Jon back up at Mile 6, and paced him back on an injury, so the pace dropped off a bit there.
