Notes
So all of this running has really affected my diet. I've been eating two huge meals a dat for the past 3 days. I think it caught up with me because this morning at 4:00 I woke up starving. Haha! I had to eat something, so I had two pieces of toast with peanut butter and jelly on them, a bowl of applesauce and a protein shake. Haha! It's now 10:15 and I'm starving! How is this happening to me?
