Felt good for most of the run. The one thing that took me by surprise though, was the last two miles that were uphill, I really had to use my hips and my buttocks to hold my form. That's where I was feeling alot of the burn while running up the hill. I was surprised how much my form changed once I was beginning to feel fatigued. I attest my good run today to all of the yoga I've been doing :-) Saving my butt when I needed it most, which apparently was running up the last hill, haha! Since it was an out and back run, here are the splits. 49:16 going out (7:05 pace) 47:12 coming back (6:47 pace)
