ASICS Gel-Kayano 16 New Ones (Ryan's discount)
10 minute warm-up. Then gradually worked into a 6:30 pace. Ran the tempo for 30 minutes. Felt good, but man is my body sore. Probably because of the yoga I did yesterday :-) At least it's a good sore.
