Notes

I did ten minutes before lifting weight with Nick Sacco. Then I finished my running with 20 minutes for my cool down. I went really slow to try and protect myself. I think that I'm going to run that slow all week. No need for speed. I've got to remind myself, I'm running a marathon, not a 5K. I don't have to run fast.
