Okay the lunch time run and the heavy weights is wearing on me. Trying really hard to eat good and still dragging a bit. Morning run tomorrow and then off Thursday. But still do weights tomorrow night and Thursday night. Should be a good stamina test.

Today was back and biceps. For fun, did 12 pullups with a 25lb weight added on. Then did 5 with a 46lb weight. The last few weeks are paying off and this week's low rep high weight workout has really suprised me with how much I can actually lift in a controlled manner. When we moved to biceps, I was doing the 90 lb barbell and the 70 lb on preacher curls.
