Wanted to hit 20 for the week so I took Cade out this morning for a couple miles. It was a tough run after the miles this week and the leg workout Friday, but we enjoyed the "sprinkles" and played in them a good bit. I left the watch running but the pace wouldn't have been impressive regardless.

Nice workout week for you! Careful on your mileage though. You doubled your weekly average. Try to focus on a steady ramp up to 20 mpw to help avoid injury.

Fair warning but we both know I am capable of 15 and the last 4 weeks schedule has just been killer. So I only looked at it as a 25% stretch. Also I took 2 days off and then started this week with an off day. So 3 rest days in 8. Don't have quite the same ambition this week, looking for 16-17 total. Will consider 15 as the base and build a few mpw from there unless my body tells me otherwise.
