Went for stroll with Reggie and David, glad to have some companions on today's run, the double side stitches were fun! The wind was nice to cool you off from the heat, but it wasn't so great head on. The difference between pace was over 15 seconds a mile when you had a head wind vs tail wind!
Good run to start off the week, need about 4 more like this one.
