Need to get a Garmin, it is awesome to see your splits when you didn't know the mileage! Ran better on 1 and 2 than I expected, I knew 3 and 4 were slow and I hustled it back in on the end.
Trail work after a couple of miles of plodding really can catch you off guard, you have to make those tired feet work for you!
Good run with Dad, following 4 miles yesterday I am going to be feeling it today. Oh and I think I am going to have to do some work on my pinkie toenail...starting to cause issues.
