WMTR! Felt great the first 2 miles, then hit the open field section and the uphill...pain! Got a bit turned around towards the end but I hammered the last bit to make up and got the distance in. I need to up the total miles or start running harder...its time to make some progress.

Nice job. Heard you got lost again...aren't you supposed to be a hunter or something?

Just be careful with adding miles. Do it SLOWLY. Like 10% extra mileage/week as a rule of thumb. Also, try picking 1 run each week as a high intensity run. Do a warmup and then do 2 miles at high tempo followed by easy cooldown mile. You can't go high intensity in every run.
