Couldn't get the Garmin to connec today but Steven has the 405 so gave me the distance. He and Chip left me at the end, but that was okay, this was a long run for me at a solid pace and it was in the sun and getting warm. I was glad to have them in front pulling me along.
Oh and note to self...an hour is too long to be in the sun with no shirt and no sunscreen! Pass the aloe!
