RAIN!
Convinced David and Steven go for our lunch run even though it was raining. It wasn't just a fine mist, it was coming down a good bit when we started. I had stripped off my shirt and quite frankly it was cold for the first few minutes but after that it felt great!
We all wanted to get some good miles in so nobody was pushing the pace, though we all ran pretty hard. Overall it was a great run and the 10 lb rain soaked shoes have to give me a better workout.
