Workout: 5 x 8 sec HS/ 4 min jog rest + 800 @ 2:52 + 6 x 1 min @ 3k-5k /1 min jog + 800 @ 2:44

Original plan was some hill sprints then the minuters at AP effort but decided to start with 800 to get an idea how i was running. A little slower then i hoped but i think early morning and hard to judge pace. Felt ok on the minutes and tried to push last 20 seconds on them. Finished with an 800 which was solid. Overall pretty pleased with the workout.
