Workout: 3 x 30 @ R/1 min jog + 3 x 1 @ LT (6:15-30)/90 sec rest + 3 x 2 min @ AP (2:52-56)/2 min rest

Decided wanted a mixed workout today with LT as the main focus. The r reps to finish warming up. LT wasn't sure what I would do a little windy on the river. Had to run first rep out and back because of train crossing busy. Got to bridge @ 3:02 which was to fast and slowed down to much into the wind. Felt ok on LT reps just not as quick as i was hoping. Ran one of the AP reps half mile to see what pace i was running. ran 2:50 to the normal stop point but ran a couple seconds past. Was working on the AP reps but was good. Overall ok day. Got in what I needed. Was hoping to be more 6:15 but 6:20 is proper LT pace i guess right now.
