Long run over at Oak Ridge this morning. Felt ok starting out in cool conditions and wind but sun out and warming as i went. Started at 8:01 then bounced around from there with 7:40s and 50s with occasional above 8 with the hillier miles. i tried to keep hr down which kept the pace around 8 on hills. A little tired last few miles because i got started later then planned so maybe low on fuel late. still solid day. 7:50 avg with 135 avg HR. Closed last mile 7:19 not pushing. ran into bobby holcombe with his dog and stopped for a quick chat.
