Workout: 4 x 1k @ LT (3:53 +-)/ 220 jog + 5 x 800 @ LT/1 min rest + 2 x 200 @ 1500

Did this at Harrogate Park. Overall not to pleased with this workout in the sense of how I was feeling but ok with it overall. I think LT is a weak spot but I am thinking maybe because I top end is tapped out right now and need to raise that level. So going to do a few weeks of AP/CV work to raise it up. Then bigger LT/M sessions late Sept into October. Felt ok that I was patient early but by the 3 1k was already feeling junk in the legs which was a surprise. A little warm and humid but I don't feel that effected me. Orginal was to do 8 x 1k but adjusted after halfway and felt a little better on the 800s. Was dead with the 200s though.
