Workout: 5 Miles @ M (6:20-6:50) 2:30 rest + 2 x 800 @ CV/ 60/90 sec rest + 1 mile @ 5:55-6:10

Well started thinking that it would be 6-7 miles @ M pace and wanted in the 6:20s but legs had no pop and felt drained. Stopped at 5 miles not really winded just not able to push. Then ran a couple cv 800s to get the legs turning over for the race this weekend and felt ok on it and glad to get the legs moving then finished with LT mile feeling ok with it to with the turnaround being difficult at the bridge. Legs just off feeling from the weekend and the week before. Didn't stress with it. Pleased i got good volume in.
