Workout: 6 x 800 @ AP (2:49-53)/2 min rest + 4 x 30 sec hill @ 1500 effort

Good weather and did the workout on the waterplant mile stretch again. Felt good on warmup but still wasn't taken it for granted. Just told myself sub 6 I would take but wanted around 2:50 again feeling strong. Plan was 5 again but decided to add a 6th at the end and take advantage of a good day. Don't know if I felt as smooth as last time but I was recovering fairly quick accept when I hit the 2:42 on the 4th one i definently felt it. Slight wind at the back on the way back from the waterplant. Felt good on the hills. Maybe one more AP workout. Would like to move up to 1ks for 4 of them. But maybe just repeat the workout again.
