5 x 1 mile @ LT (6:00-6:15)/90 sec rest + 5 x 20 sec hill @ 1500-3k

Not the normal long run workout with the Harder trail run planned for tomorrow. Warmup legs didn't feel poppy and when I started workout I would say felt improved but still not super fluid. Was still happy to run low 6:0's and be consistent without having to overly push. Felt strong on the hills. Pleased with this LT workout given the week
