12 mile run with 4 miles at Marathon pace effort. Felt ok at start of run and figured I was just pick it up on neyland if I felt ok about. Goal was to hit sub 7 feeling good wasn't worried about killing. Consistent 6:40s feeling strong overall and with good moving. I was pleased with the workout. Finished out to 30 minutes Biggest thing was the callous on the big left toe bother me pretty good actually. A little with the hip flexor and si joint on the right side.
