30 minutes warmup on normal route from Karm feeling good. 7:47 then 7:30s and 7:05 3rd mile with the 2 min pickup. Felt ok on pickups too. Good temps this morning. On run back felt pretty decent and bunion held up ok 7:20 waterplant mile and 7:20s-30s rest of the way.
